Throughout my university years, I strived to balance both academic and professional dynamics. Although there were times when my studies lagged, I remained committed to continuous improvement. Academically, I have worked on R programming projects involving data analysis, data preparation, and data visualization, and I consider myself to be at an intermediate level in R. I have also applied similar projects using Python and have progressed to slightly above the beginner level in this area. I continuously update myself on advancements in artificial intelligence and its applications in the software industry through platforms like LinkedIn. Additionally, I am dedicated to self-improvement by utilizing tools like ChatGPT and rely on these resources for support in programming tasks. I believe that artificial intelligence, especially in machine learning, serves as an essential guide. While I have developed skills in both R and Python programming, I am also open to new tools and strive to stay current with emerging technologies.
I am currently involved in the "Connecton Project" at İstinye University, led by Dean Okan Yaşar. The Connecton Project aims to connect companies with universities. In my role, I am responsible for overseeing meetings, managing email correspondence, and monitoring the protocol processes. I have been in this position for two months, and my primary goal is to gain insight into the processes involved in IT-related meetings and to further develop my skills in this area.
I started my retail career at Swarovski, a well-established brand. I received extensive training in sales, including techniques for attracting and engaging customers, which I effectively applied in my work. In the first few months, I focused on sales and successfully converted frequent customers into loyal clients. I also concentrated on e-commerce clients, maintaining contact with them outside the store to boost sales. After a few months, I took on additional responsibilities, such as team motivation, customer relations, and inventory management with supervisors.
