  • Managing and structuring the Deal Desk process entirely. Receiving and transforming the sales team's Deal Desk submissions into an easy-to-read and more professional format, with the inclusion of appropriate context and a finance-friendly commercial explanation, includes ARR recognition and uplift, which is providing significant time savings for C-Suite executives and VPs.
  • Taking full responsibility for the company's sales operations ticketing system, and assigning received tickets to appropriate departments. In active communication with Legal, helping sales receive customer-ready Order Forms, as an approver with appropriate T&C, SKU, and pricing, with a fast response time, regardless of what the company's promised SLA is.
  • Understanding the sales process and the company's quarterly, yearly, and long-term goals, providing help to the global sales team (NA, EMEA, and APAC) via Slack, Zoom, mail, etc.
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales assistance, and helping the sales team with vendor onboarding forms, questionnaires, etc. And assigning appropriate colleagues to the required sections on major questionnaires.
  • In daily and active communication with Finance, Legal, Sales, CRM, and Marketing departments for them to understand any actions taken and finalized deals by providing context and reasoning, which will provide data stability, reporting accuracy, and naturally painless audit sessions. Compiling executed documents, such as ELAs, NDAs, order forms, and PODs, to justify any actions taken on behalf of the company for future reference in the official company storage tool.
  • Actively using Salesforce to provide data at the opportunity level and as a first approver in the approval chain on sales submissions for deal recognition, I keep track of required documents for ARR recognition (order forms, POs, etc.). Additionally, I'm able to prepare and deliver offers through AWS, GCP, and Azure Marketplaces.
