I am currently responsible for overseeing the procurement and logistics of goods and services on behalf of Sultangazi Bahat Hospital, with a focus on guiding the bid process and stock management.
As the founder of Stateskop.com since 2021, I am a self-motivated professional with a strong track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for business expansion and innovation. My role encompasses various activities, including identifying target markets, engaging with customers, creating wireframes, developing products, and managing technical teams for product delivery, as well as handling both offline and online marketing activities. Notably, Stateskop.com has been accepted into the ITU Seed program.
During my time at BHT Clinic, I undertook the task of establishing a strategic planning process for the company, introducing the OKR method and developing meaningful KPIs by conducting interviews with employees at all levels. Additionally, I assisted top management in aligning the brand and potential projects with the company's vision and mission.
As a part-time change management project partner at AA Kurumsal Gelişim, I provided support, particularly in the healthcare sector. I conducted interviews with employees at all levels and played a role in developing KPIs and reorganizing business processes.
