- Acted as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the installation and maintenance of Test & Production environments in the Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAAI) Reengineering Project, ensuring operational stability and system readiness.

Responsibilities and contributions:

- Developed a P&L Layer in OneSource (Snowflake) to support Local IT Teams in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Utilized Snowflake as the database platform and Informatica Cloud (IICS) as the ETL tool to streamline data integration and processing.
- Collaborated closely with CFIN Project Team members, Local IT Teams, and Finance Teams to ensure alignment with project goals and system requirements.
- Assisted with additional projects, including Capex and Fixed Cost Tools, by managing CI/CD onboarding, improving ETL jobs, and addressing bug fixes.

Data Engineer – Key Responsibilities and Projects

Core responsibilities:

- Analyzed business requirements and conducted technical analysis to design comprehensive solution documents.
- Developed ETL flows and defined business rules using TrueComp (Callidus Software).
- Provided ongoing support to Business and Operations teams, ensuring smooth system operations.

Additional project involvement:

- After the first year, assigned to the CRM & Billing Migration Project, with a primary focus on preparing the department by:
- Conducting impact analysis to evaluate system changes.
- Preparing design documents for technical solutions.
- Developing ETL flows to integrate CRM and billing data.
- Supporting System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Operational responsibilities:

- Operated the application system when the system handover to Operations was delayed.
