
I am an experienced senior professional with highly developed technical skills and academic knowledge in organizational and administrative management.
In the pursuit of self-improvement, I started my MBA education in January 2012. I have researched the effect of psychological resilience on organizational commitment and its impact on the intention to quit. I graduated MBA studies with an honorary degree of 3.96/4. Currently, I continue my Management PhD and working on my thesis with a focus on organizational culture and institutionalism/isomorphism relationships in organizations.
I have hands-on experience in organizational and administrative management with a strong focus on staff management. I also possess strong interpersonal skills and have experience with operational planning.
