Lately I have been working in Mark Global Logistics as Sales manager however previously ı had been working for Maersk Line in total 12 years but for almost 6,5 years had the responsibility with the same position. Having different responsibilities in this highly competitive multinational environment at Maersk Line, I had the opportunity to develop my expertise and capabilities. I have worked under Senior Trade Analsyt – Capacity and Allcoation responsible for East Mediterranean Cluster which covers 6 countries (Israel, Georgia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Turkey). My main responsibility was coordination of vessel reconciliation and capacity tasks with stakeholders and intern departments like sales and customer service; improve cargo readiness, downfall control process to ensure vessel utilisation and focal point for vessel stowage and planning department, escalation point for countries for capacity/cargo related issues.
As a Capacity and Allocation responsible, also ı have been a part of Uptake Management workshops of my company in Denmark, which is a process to load the highest revenue biz on vessels. I have developed close relationships with strategic partners in our HQ.

*Responsible person on vessel capacity/allocation management for 5 countries (Ukraine, Romania, Georgia, Bulgaria, Turkey).
*Purpose on position is;
"Coordination of vessel reconciliation and capacity tasks with stakeholders; Improve cargo readiness, downfall control process to ensure vessel utilisation and focal point for vessel stowage and planning department, escalation point for countries for capacity/cargo related issues.
Main respnsibilities are;
•Stakeholder coordination between CS FO, GSC&LOC, Trade Capacity •Allocation management including vessel utilization and downfall management
•Cargo readiness follow up with countries
•Transport plan changes follow up – contingency/rolling, capacity forecast, preplanning, units left behind – to insure proactive communication with clients
•Roll & Capacity Management; advisory management
•Coordination on longstanding follow up – export/import/transit ports •Follow up with Customer Service department on performance for pending tasks
•Coordination with countries on problematic areas, improvement initiatives & assist countries regarding SOP, new processes, guidance for expectation setting on capacity/allocation issues.

*Manages the end to end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures
*Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders
*Ensures services are delivered to the customers as promised and/or that the customers are kept informed of relevant deviations
