Summary

I have extensive experience in Banking, Payment Systems, and Fintech, with a strong focus on sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and digital financial services.

I currently serve as Brand and Strategic Partnerships Director at FUPS, based in the Istanbul Financial Center. In this role, I lead brand positioning and partnership strategies, driving sustainable growth through innovative collaborations while strengthening the company’s position within the rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem.

Previously, I held the role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Paywall, and prior to that, I took on a similar leadership position at İnteraktif Kredi. During this time, I played an active role in the development of open banking and service banking models, contributed to building credit scoring frameworks aligned with banking policies, and led sales and marketing strategies by managing bank integrations. I also contributed to expanding strategic partnerships across banking and payment systems.

Earlier in my career, I spent nearly 10 years at Aktif Bank A.Ş., taking on roles of increasing responsibility. I began in Strategic Planning, Organization, and Process Management, and later moved into HR Business Partnership and International Banking. In these roles, I contributed to organizational structuring, process optimization, and regulatory coordination with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK). I also managed international banking relationships, including preparing letters of credit proposals, overseeing trade finance limits, and developing reporting systems in collaboration with IT teams.
