• Designed mechanics of Ka-Band and Ku-Band SOTM in different diameters for aerial platforms. -40 to +70 Celsius working temperature, driving with Direct drive motor, keeping it under 10 kg are some challenges. Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers to keep material costs within set budgets.
• Carried out the Structural FEM analysis of some critical parts in Solidworks Simulation. Carryed out Matlab/Simulink kinematic simulation which in the worst case specifies the tracking error max 0,2 degree and the required motor torque.
• Designed mechanics of ground data link with ground and aerial antennas for UAVs. The ground system which has a 67 cm aluminum dish can move on azimuth and elevation axis by step motors on each axis.
• Designed mechanics of aerial antenna which are able to track the ground station from UAVs below 3 kg, machined 15 cm aluminum dish, actuated by two step motor with spur gears on each axis.
• Designed mechanics of aerial SOTM antenna to perform max 0,2° tracking accuracy up to -60° Celsius conditions. Designed and tested mechanics of UAV link antenna according to MIL-STD 810G.
• Designed mechanics of a flyaway antenna which is able to fit in a soldier backpack. The dish is made of by six same carbon fiber slices. The latch of the slices was designed uniquely to provide the slices join accurately. Included designing of tripod, elevation and azimuth adjustment mechanism, control box, etc.
• Designed mechanics of antennas with three different dish sizes which are able to deploy. Gearboxes design, kinematic analysis, structural analysis performed.
• Carried out project management of the aerial communication link antenna system within R&D Center witch state funded.
• Designed caravan and bus antennas in many different sizes.

• Designing of mechanics with Pro/Engineer of mobile satellite TV antennas which used on buses and caravans.
• Designed mechanism of the mobile satellite TV antennas with Pro/Engineer which used on buses and caravans.
• Performed of kinematic simulation of the mechanism with Matlab/Simulink.
• Prepared all related documents of new design and creation the BOM of the new products according to CAD datas.
• Prepared of mounting instructions for new design in order to be used by production department and detailed drawings of new parts which were produced by different methods.
