Leading a team consisting of 8 District Managers, responsible of Domestic After Sales Field operations in Turkey (65 Domestic Dealers).

Responsible of 250 M TL Domestic Market Spare Parts Sales Budget for 2023 (Domestics Spare Part Sales Target Achievement in 2023 : %120)

NPS Score KPI significantly improved from 61 to 82 since 2022 Feb. to 2023 Dec. with actions carried out by new After Sales District Manager Team.

During my previous experience as District Parts Service Manager within Hyundai Motor Company Turkey, adequately demonstrated an ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

Between 2017 - 2021, managed 20 dealers which of these 2 dealers having the highest workshop entry and new car sales results of Hyundai network.

I’m the leader of Regional implementation of the strategies in line with the company policies, Accomplish all spare part sales activities for market penetration, improving company results while achieving the area highest Customer Satisfaction results.
