  • I have learnt Neapolitan pizza techniques and gained experience in high-level pizza standards at Nappo Pizza, where I am currently working. Nappo Pizza is the only restaurant in Türkiye that has received an AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) pizza certificate.
