For over a decade, I have served as a Mechanical R&D Team Leader in the field of measurement devices, specializing in liquid measurement technologies, including water and fuel meters, as well as electricity meters. I have led multidisciplinary teams in innovative projects, fostering collaboration across diverse engineering disciplines.
My expertise encompasses the design, development, and testing of various liquid measurement devices, such as mechanical and ultrasonic water meters, ultrasonic heat meters, and fuel meters, with more than 10 years of experience. I have managed projects involving plastic and aluminum injection, precision casting, thermoforming, and sheet metal design, contributing to products like fuel, electricity, and water meters, vending machines, and car wash robots as both a designer and leader.
Working closely with hardware and software teams on mechatronic systems, I have developed proficiency across multiple engineering disciplines and gained experience with ATEX and MID standards and certification processes.
As a leader, I enhance team synergy and productivity by assigning tasks based on individual strengths, firmly believing that collective success surpasses individuality. In the R&D Lead role, I aim to leverage my mechanical expertise and multidisciplinary vision to drive innovative projects to success through collaborative leadership.
