As a business development director, I leaded Ferco to be at automotive business which is the priority of the owner and CEO of FERCO. Having 25 years’ experience in automotive industry and working at global companies, I contacted the right networks to be a potential supplier for global automotive companies such as Faurecia, Eberspacher, AutoZone, Bosal, Dinex. We have been visited, audited, RFQ’ed and finally nominated for some programs which are realized 2024 and 2025, with an additional 2,3M USD life time turnover.

As a second step, leaded company to create his own trade mark SENZ by march 2021.Senz is mainly for kitchenware applications such as mixing bowls, storage food containers, pats,troys, pans, milk pots and shakers. Started to do business with well- known local chain markets such as Migros, A101, ŞOK, Madame Coco. Also started to sell the products e-commerce by Trendyol.

By joining 8TH Zucder Kitchenware fair on November2021 made some contracts and started to export,Serbia, Kosova, Russia.There are some ongoing communications with some European and USA markets to export the goods under the name of SENZ or any private label

  • Aktaş, located in Bursa,established at 1938 and a very well known company in its sector.Main product groups are air suspensions and rubber components. Production facilities are at Turkey,China and Bulgaria.The logistical service centers and warehouses are located in Germany and USA. As a Supply Chain Director,I was responsible for all the purchasing, logistics and export activities of the company. Reported to CEO,managed 8 white 20 blue collars.With the support of previous experience at Orhan holding,I leaded to create new competitive and reliable suppliers in panel mainly for stamping and machining activities. Supported to USA market customers' orders on time.Even if it was a pandemic period,we achieved %90 on time deliveries for our customers. I worked at Nobel Mexico plant as an expat from September 2017 to May 2019. During that period, I created a purchasing and logistics team in Sabinas Mexico, leaded a Global Program called Maverick for Ford and KH1T for Nissan .Together with the Engineering and Program team at Detroit, we did a great job and commissioned the Ford program on time. We noticed and realized a cost improvement chance moving the warehouses from a high cost place to low cost and close to USA border location. Together with the Global Quality team , we leaded to find and create competitive and reliable suppliers in NA region (Mexico, Canada, USA). Resourced high spend and long lead time components to Mexican suppliers. At Nobel Sabinas 2019 P&L created 1,28M$ saving on purchasing by the localization.
