I communicate with customers via communication tools such as e-mail and phone calls. Within this process, I am responsible for order entry and follow-up planning, packing list preparation, shipping organizations and subsequent follow-up and managing of export-import processes.

I am responsible of the warehouse stock records andnd packing lists preparations for shipment. I am also responsible for key elements of the supply chain such as management of packaging inventory and transport arrangements.
