• I am responsible for managing laboratory procedures from sample preparation to library construction, sequencing, and data analysis, ensuring quality assurance, conducting personnel management, and maintaining customer communication.Additionally, continuously optimizing laboratory protocols and contributing to research projects are among my primary tasks.
• My responsibilities include:
  Recruitment, training, shift scheduling, and performance evaluation of laboratory personnel; Creating a positive work environment that supports collaboration and professional development;
  Managing laboratory equipment, reagents, and material inventories;
  Coordinating equipment maintenance and calibrations;
  Supervising NGS data analysis workflows and interpreting results in collaboration with clinicians (in Turkey, and when necessary, in Spain and Dubai).

Within the framework of the Circular Beauty concept, I participated in projects aimed at implementing closed-loop strategies that encompass the production, usage, and recycling stages of beauty products.

In this process, I conducted research for developing new product concepts that support recycling and upcycling practices aimed at reducing waste and environmental impact.

My responsibilities included:

• Researching and developing innovative ideas for sustainable beauty products,
• Optimizing the efficient use of natural resources and recycling processes,
• Creating, testing, and improving product prototypes,
• Carrying out project planning, team coordination, and reporting processes,
• Analyzing market trends and sustainability approaches and providing strategic recommendations accordingly.

• Meticulously managed sample acceptance and registration processes at the Covid-19 laboratory established at TUSEB’s Umraniye Training and Research Hospital.
• I was responsible for conducting PCR and COVID-19 tests and ensuring accurate results; ensuring that test devices and equipment were in working condition; implementing laboratory quality control procedures and regularly conducting necessary checks.
• I followed quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of test results; recorded and analyzed the test results, and prepared the relevant reports (Cathena program was used); and communicated timely information to relevant institutions and health authorities.

After the project concluded, I continued my work as a researcher at TUSEB’s Koshuyolu Central Office in the Cancer Institute. Under the direction of the Institute’s Vice President, Assoc. Prof. Burcu Yücel, I conducted scientific research, prepared presentations, and was responsible for communication with the institute’s researchers.
