• Defining the newly published payroll parameters into the system and testing them, and informing all regional directorates.

• Providing outsourcing services to external clients (All payroll and decleration processes for approximately 15 clients)

• Employment entry and exit transactions through the payroll program
• Calculating and making payments of salaries and benefits

• Preparing monthly cost and payroll reports for the clients

· Working on payroll processes in a workplace with approximately 5000 employees in two factories

· Following up contract renewal processes for unionized employees

· Follow-up of reports Employees' monthly sickness, maternity, work accident, etc. through the e-VIZITE system.

· Calculating and making payments of salaries and benefits

· Submission of SSI monthly declaration statements

· Conducting employee work attendance control in the MEYER system

· İŞ-KUR official declaration of monthly notifications
