• Co-managed the ECHO Urgent Protection and Resilience Programme (€1.5M) and ADH Emergency Protection Project (€1.5M), totaling €3M, supporting over 8,500 at-risk refugees with tailored legal advice, assistance, and referrals.
• Led awareness-raising initiatives reaching 16,800 individuals, with a focus on women and girls at risk of GBV, resulting in increased knowledge of protection, rights, and available services.
• Directed GBV safety audit research, engaging a sample of 120 individuals through KIIs, FGDs, and safety walk observations, and authored a comparative report of two activity tracker phases developed post-research. Ensured gender-sensitive service provision and supported protection mainstreaming and monitoring.
• Co-managed ECHO MPCA support, providing cash assistance to 3,750 households (approximately 18,750 individuals) affected by the earthquake to meet basic and winter needs, including registration, delivery modalities, and monitoring processes.
• Managed a team of 11 national and international staff, including 3 remote team members, and coordinated activities across multiple project managers and staff.
• Oversaw budget management, donor compliance, and detailed reporting on program outcomes.

• Co-managed emergency response activities in earthquake-affected areas, including managing an emergency pool fund totaling $23M, comprising internal and external donors such as GIRO, DEC, ECHO, PRM, ADH, Taipei Economic and Cultural Mission, and CARE’s internal donors (CARE Canada, CARE Austria, CARE Germany, CARE Australia).
• Managed an integrated program consisting of Protection, WASH, Shelter, and FSL sectors, including team management and implementing emergency activities based on rapid needs assessments and coordination with crisis management and field needs.
• Led emergency relief distribution efforts from procurement processes and distribution management to data management, SOP development, accountability mechanisms, and direct delivery to beneficiaries. Distributed a total of 35,000 Hygiene Kits, Food Kits, Disability Kits, Dignity Kits, and Winter Kits in compliance with humanitarian accountability frameworks and SPHERE standards.
• Established relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective coordination, including attending sector coordination meetings, crisis management meetings, general coordination meetings, and one-to-one meetings with key stakeholders such as AFAD, Governorship, District Governate, PDMM, PDFSS, Mukhtars, and UN Agencies such as UNHCR, UNICEF, and UNDP.

· Supervised the implementation cycle of Protection Outreach activities, reaching 5,000 individuals throughout the project, managing a budget of €120k under the ECHO-funded project, and overseeing two field offices in Yüreğir and Seyhan.

· Developed and adapted training curricula for community information volunteers on topics such as GBV, MHPSS, CP, Child Marriage, and Climate Change.

· Collaborated with case management teams to address protection cases efficiently, referring up to 200 individuals with direct protection risks.

Represented CARE in relevant coordination mechanisms, including sector meetings, provincial-level coordination meetings led by governmental institutions, and UN agency-led discussions.
