• Production Manager (Transaxle ve Tractor Assembly)

Monitoring and evaluating all existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs as much as possible. Coordinating production staff to ensure that all policies and procedures were followed and completed risk assessments and costs estimates. Creating and maintaining the production schedule, significantly reducing the production downtime, and conducting detailed weekly production reports. • Technical Manager (Paintshop, Maintanence, Process and Method Engineering)

Managing the Paint Shop facility in order to maintain a cost effective and efficient manufacturing process.Monitor and record times, methods and performances involved within the paint shop to establish standard production rates to improve efficiencies. Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance. Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work. Recruiting, supervising and training maintenance technicians. Define the work method and equipment needed for assembly. Identify and perform studies to improve the efficiency and optimize the layout of the lines. Perform capacity studies of the production units. Coordinate with all teams and suppliers to success new projects launches. Prepare, control, and update the Capacity Sheets and Process Flow Diagrams. Analyze and implement model year changes on assembly lines. Ensure Capex spending according to the forecast. Participate to all workshops to improve Plant indicators. Commit to HSE Actions.

Planning Manager (Production Planning and Warehouse)

Supervising and guided their work to deliver the desired information consistently. Working with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze and manage production activities. Developing monthly production plan and schedule to ensure continuous operation. Processing all planned orders for timely completion. Analyzing consumption and production rates and determine production efficiency. Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance. Organizing and maintain inventory and storage area. Ensure 'shipments and inventory transactions’ accuracy. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status. Coordinating activities with other departments.

• Preparing the operation sheets for serial production parts and new project parts, desing or outsource required fixtures and gauges, improve and simplification of the process, improving OEE and efficiency studies for manufacturing and assembly lines, Lay-out studies for economic and effective production that improve the maximum efficiency, Cycle time study, Preparing and improving packaging and carriage standarts, Redution of Set-up time studies
• (SMED), Cutting tools improving, Feasibility ve cost analysis studies, Capacity analysis and determine the all requirements (machines, equipments, workers, etc.), Machine acceptance studies, APQP studies, preparing and revise PPAP documents (Operation Sheets, P-FMEA, Process Flow Charts, Special Characteristic Matrix etc.), Lean production studies (value stream maps, present situation-future situation maps, etc.), Smed, 5S, Kanban, FIFO, JIT, Inventory, Poka-Yoke studies for machining and assembly lines, Work health and safety studies (risk analysis, ergonomics etc.).
