I have started in 2015 it was the last year of old SAT with 5 multiple-choice 

there was 14 students in my class 3 of them got medical branch , 

i still remember Mrs kabbany who graduated from dentist  school and opened a dental clinic near to my house 

til now , many students got the full mark 800/800 and joined their comrades in the best universities
