• Leading maintenance team which consist 6-10 people that performing preventative maintenance, collecting data and perform measurements from cranes for RCM, planning relevant test (UT,MT thermal,insulation exc.) to identify equipment problems.
• Managing transition period from preventative to reliable centered maintenance
• Production of twist-lock's spreader and turntable bearing in local market.
• Forming definitions of breakdowns on SAP software (PM and MM module) to prevent our workshop repetitive breakdowns and faults.
• Automatic Transmission and engine Overhaul for terminal trucks, forklifts, reach stackers and empty container handlers.

• Documented products and processes using Autocad, Revit and MS Project and Excel to document release notes and designs.
