Designed a comprehensive project for event halls, a restaurant, a park, a swimming pool, and their supporting facilities. Delivered complete architectural, urban, and interior designs, including all decorative elements. One of the project’s highlights was the flexibility to use the event halls as an extension of the restaurant when not reserved, along with the addition of an office and studio for the owner. Integrated a service road and parking spaces within the site layout, and conducted a study for the potential use of full solar energy to power the project. A significant challenge was the steep slope of the land, which was successfully addressed by creating terraces that helped separate functions and uses across the site. Notably, the bold idea of merging the halls and solving the slope issue captured the attention of both the contractor and the owner, leading to full approval and strong appreciation of the design. This recognition resulted in receiving a reward for the outstanding contribution to the project.

Managed comprehensive site supervision for a structural reinforcement project, including execution oversight, labor management, and precise quantity surveying. Responsible for preparing detailed specifications, quantity take-offs, pricing schedules, and thorough daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports covering workforce, materials, and invoicing. Supervised all construction activities, including reinforcement works, blockwork, concreting of walls, floors, and supported columns, as well as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and heating systems installations. Maintained up-to-date as-built documentation after each execution phase within the residential unit and contributed to drafting execution drawings for suspended ceilings, lighting layouts, and tiling works. Held full accountability for project supervision from cost estimation and material procurement to workforce coordination. Notably, the project progressed smoothly without significant challenges, driven by strong passion and meticulous preparation, with full-time presence on-site from morning hours. I worked alongside a colleague who covered the evening shift and was responsible for closing the site. I carried a large part of my colleague’s responsibilities, preparing everything needed for his tasks, which earned his deep appreciation for my dedication in handling both my duties and his.

Prepared detailed execution drawings for the interior design, including tiling, ceramics, lighting, woodwork, and painting works, in addition to the furniture specified in the design. The drawings received high praise from the contractor and the homeowner, with full approval of all the plans.

• Worked on the Al-Marjeh Square project in Damascus, a historical site of great significance. The project was a collaboration between the Damascus Governorate and Damascus University. The work was organized into groups, with each team assigned to study one of the existing buildings to identify structural and design issues, evaluate their condition, and propose renovation and redesign solutions. By the end of the project, major modifications and developments were implemented across the square, with several buildings undergoing complete functional transformations. This project was a highly valuable experience, contributing significantly to practical learning and design skills.

• As an architecture and interior design student, with two years of prior studies in interior decoration before this training, contributed significantly to building the designs, layouts, and sample models during a winter project (December 2017 to February 2018). A large part of the ideas was incorporated into the final design. Execution and implementation were carried out by other team members.
